[問題] introduce A to B / relate A to B

introduce A to B / relate A to B
Food brokers introduce buyers and sellers of food and relate general-merchandise items to one another and bring them together to complete a sale.

請問這句的 to one another 是跟 introduce 還是跟relate ？或者是兩者共用？
