想要離清一個文法問題~~

請問這邊and 後面問何要加上that?~
常常看到有些連接句會有and that的用法~~但一直不是很了解何時該加上that?
能否請大師們指點迷津~~能否列出一些要and that 子句跟直接and後面加子句的例子 幫忙說明呢~~
