make up 及each的用法
make, 用法
The eight primary islands that make up the Hawii State each has  a character of its own.

想請問這一句當中的make up 是什麼意思?
及為什麼八個小島 卻用each 而不是用every
數量為2是不是才用each嗎
數量大於3時不是要用every嗎
