名詞子句及名詞片語
文法書上面說：that子句不可以直接放在介系詞後面做受詞，如果要被在介系詞後面，就要有所變化，其中一種變化是：
介詞系後面的that去掉，主詞改為所有格，動詞改為動名詞，例如：
I am worried about that he plays around all day 需改為I am worried about his playing around all day.
同時如果that子句中有do does did或有will would時，去掉即可…
我的第一個疑問是：如果把do does did、will would去掉，不就不知道是什麼時態了嗎？
例如：I am sure of that the team will win the game.需改為 I am sure of the team's winning the game.但我覺得這兩句有點不一樣。第一句好像是說：「我確定這一隊將會贏這一場比賽」，第二句意思好像是說：「我確定這一隊贏了這一場比賽了」。但這句話卻相等，這就是我的疑問。
關於名詞片語，文法書上說：動名詞和不定詞或名詞子句當主詞時，因為主詞過大，通常都會把主題移到最後，再用虛主詞 it 替代，那名詞片語是不是也可以這麼做？
例如：Where to meet him is not decided yet.
可不可以改為：
it is not decided where to meet him.
