Seoul Tower
Seoul Tower is comprised of Seoul Tower Plaza and N Seoul Tower. The tower was originally used as a broadcast tower to send out TV and radio signals. Nowadays, it has become a famous tourism spot where you can look at beautiful view of Seoul City and have different experience of Korea culture. It is a must-go place in Seoul. The tower has its own height 236.7m, on top of Namsan Mountain (243m), hence it’s one of the tallest towers in the Orient. There are many restaurants so you can enjoy the food with its great view.
Namsangol Hanok Village
Namsangol Hanok Village has a total area of 79,934m², consist of five restored traditional Korean houses, a pavilion, traditional garden, performance arts stage etc. Visitors can have a deep experience with Korean culture there. The traditional programs include wearing hanbok, folding hanji (traditional Korean paper), writing in Korean, traditional tea ceremony, tradtional etiquette school and herbal medicine experience. In the weekend, traditional wedding ceremonies would take place as well.
Changdeokgung Palace
Changdeokgung Palace is located east of Gyeongbok Palace. It was built in 1405 but was destroyed by fire during Japanese invasion. It was recovered and opened in 1991, as a tourism spot. Besides, it was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997. Its building include Donhwamun Gate, Injeongjeon Hall, Daejojeon Hall, Seonjeongjeon Hall and Nakseonjae.
